Come along and join us for another great Men’s Ministry event, this time it’s a BBQ and fire pit, at the Parish Centre from 7.30pm - 9.30pm on Saturday 27 June 2026.

You should expect good banter and conversations. Bring a mate, and enjoy a relaxed night round the fire.

It is just FOUR WEEKS until Holiday Club starts. We are so grateful for everyone who has signed up to help. God is so good and so are you all! There are 3 more way we would love for you to be involved. This is for everyone, whether you are helping during the week or not!

1. In a couple of weeks time, on Thursday 9th July, we will be cutting out, stapling and preparing lots of resources for the children. Come along with a friend and a pair of scissors. Sign up to help!

2. On the Saturday before holiday club (25th July), we transform our site into a space ready to welcome over 500 people! We need many Marquees putting up, fencing erected, signage put out. You don't need to be particularly strong, just willing! Sign up to help please!

3. On the Wednesday of holiday club (29th July), we invite our holiday club families to a 'family fun night'. This is a great chance to welcome our community, to build connections and have FUN together. We would love some help with this so please sign up to help.

Holiday Club needs your prayer.  To help you with this Janet will be sending out daily prayer emails during holiday club, with a few before as well.  If you want to receive the email  to help you with your prayers please email janet.ruthven@stpetersfarnborough.org.uk and Janet will add you.  Thank you so much for all of your prayers.

It’s time ……. could you please bring in your SMALL cardboard / plastic junk for holiday club. Anything smaller than a shoebox is great. Tubes, tubs, bottles.…..

Have you any spray paint cans—leftover, half-used, or full? We’d love to put them to good use! Please bring along anything you can spare—every can helps!

We are in real need of more helpers for Mini-Hub in the afternoon’s from September. Please could you let Harriet or Helen Smith know if you can lend a hand, thank you.

Gill Belgum - there is a service to be held at Aldershot Crematorium at 10am on Friday 17 July followed by a Church service here at St Peter’s to celebrate and remember Gill’s life. Refreshments will follow the Church service in the Parish Centre Hall, please let Wally know if you are intending to attend the Church Service and/or Refreshments to help with numbers, thank you.

Harold (Harry) Bryan - a family service for Harry will take place at Aldershot Crematorium on Tuesday 28 July 2026 at 10:00am. You are warmly invited to attend with the family to reflect on Harry’s life and and join together in prayer, thanksgiving, and remembrance.

This week we are praying for Nick Pease, working with World Horizons in Germany. Giving thanks for a ‘Whole Bible Reading’ event. Nick will be with us at the 6pm service so why not ask him about it!

Both at the 6pm service and Engage, Wednesday, Alison Smailes will be talking about her trip to Uganda with Emanuel International.

5th July is MISSION SUNDAY - next week; Andy Pask,  our Link Missionary with Cord, and Kolade, Open Doors. will be speaking on the Persecuted Church and the importance of Reconciliation and Healing.
