Join us on Sunday 27 September for Giving Sunday as we celebrate God's faithfulness and all He is doing through St Peter's. We'll share how giving supports our church and community, and invite everyone to prayerfully consider how they can support God's work through St Peter's.

Our next men's night is on Saturday 26th September and it’s at the Sovereign Snooker Club in North Camp for a night of darts, pool, table tennis and shuffleboard.

This will be a chilled evening connecting with each other.
There is a bar and the venue is booked from 7:30-10pm.

Have you ever wondered how the Bible fits together, or wanted to grow in confidence as you read God's Word? Whether you are completely new to the Bible or have been reading it for years, The Bible Course is a fantastic opportunity to explore God's story one step at a time.

Over eight engaging sessions, you'll discover:

• How the Bible fits together as one unfolding story

• How to become more confident in reading Scripture

• How to apply God's Word to everyday life

Each evening includes a short video, discussion, and the chance to learn alongside others in a relaxed and welcoming environment. No prior knowledge is needed, and you don't need to have all the answers. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to explore.

(No session on 29 October due to half term)

For those who like to be organised, our Light Trail will be on Saturday 31st October - pop it in your diary now!

Can you help us spread a little sweetness? We're asking everyone to start collecting and donating tubs or pouches of wrapped chocolates and sweets. We need enough supplies for our 16 Light Trail Stewards to hand out and to fill 250 giveaway bags for children and families attending.

Last year, the church generously donated around 100 tubs and pouches. This year we're just getting started...

A group of ladies are going to be going to the Orchard ladies conference in October. It is a great day of uplifting worship and teaching. There are 2 events - one in London on Saturday 17th October and one in Birmingham (10th October - currently SOLD OUT) and there are groups going to both. If you would like to go, please book yourself a place and then let Helen Smith know so we can coordinate travelling together. 

We have been saddened to hear of the death of Ruth Wade. Funeral arrangements have not yet been confirmed and will be shared with the church family when they are known.

Please keep Ruth's family and friends in your prayers at this difficult time, asking that they may know God's comfort, peace and strength in the days ahead.
