We had our Mission Sunday last week. Two guest speakers shared inspiring talks, reminding us that God is at work across the nations. We continue to pursue that same calling, knowing our Father's heart is always chasing after the lost.

Open Doors - Arise Africa Petition - we heard about the work of Open Doors about how we can stand with our brothers and sisters in Christ as they are persecuted for their faith. If you did not sign the Petition last Sunday, please do click on the link below. This will enable Christians in sub-Saharan Africa to be protected from militant attacks and restoration in that region. 

Holiday Club is almost here — just 2 weeks until the fun begins! We are so thankful for everyone who has already signed up to serve. Your willingness to give your time, energy and gifts is such a blessing. God is so good, and so are you!

But we're not finished yet! There are still opportunities to get involved and help us make this an unforgettable week for the children in our community:

Site set up: On the Saturday before holiday club (25th July), we transform our site into a space ready to welcome over 500 people! We need many Marquees putting up, fencing erected, signage put out. You don't need to be particularly strong, just willing! Sign up to help please!

Family Fun night helpers: On the Wednesday of holiday club (29th July), we invite our holiday club families to a 'family fun night'. This is a great chance to welcome our community, to build connections and have FUN together. We would love some help with this so please sign up to help.

Holiday Club needs your prayer.  To help you with this Janet will be sending out daily prayer emails during holiday club, with a few before as well.  If you want to receive the email  to help you with your prayers please email janet.ruthven@stpetersfarnborough.org.uk and Janet will add you.  Thank you so much for all of your prayers.

Come and join us with your whole family for an evening of fun on the church lawn! 

There will be inflatables, games and stalls for the whole family to enjoy. Entrance and all the activities are FREE, just pay for the food if you want it! Come anytime and leave whenever you want.

This is open to everyone so please feel free to invite your friends, even if they are not involved in Holiday Club this year - it’s on Wednesday 29 July - don’t forget book a ticket even if it’s entrance only.

We are in real need of more helpers for Mini-Hub in the afternoon’s from September. Please could you let Harriet or Helen Smith know if you can lend a hand, thank you.

Life is busy. Breathe is our monthly space to stop, worship, and pray together. Through music, scripture, and prayer, we make room for the Holy Spirit to move among us. Whether you're new to faith or have walked with Jesus for years, come and join us.

Gill Belgum - there is a service to be held at Aldershot Crematorium at 10am on Friday 17 July followed by a Church service here at St Peter’s to celebrate and remember Gill’s life. Refreshments will follow the Church service in the Parish Centre Hall, please let Wally know if you are intending to attend the Church Service and/or Refreshments to help with numbers, thank you.

Harold (Harry) Bryan - a family service for Harry will take place at Aldershot Crematorium on Tuesday 28 July 2026 at 10:00am. You are warmly invited to attend with the family to reflect on Harry’s life and and join together in prayer, thanksgiving, and remembrance.
