St Peter's Church Farnborough (hereafter referred to as "the Church") has established this Privacy Policy to explain how it protects and manages personal information.

However, your use of the the Church website constitutes your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you have given us your details they may be updated, amended or removed at any time by sending an email via our 'Contact Us' form specifying the alterations required.

The Church may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When it does, the Church will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Those changes will then apply to any future use by you of our website.

(c) to further understand parishioner needs regarding the Church's ministry and services

(g) to process any request for employment
(h) to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or government request
(i) to protect the rights of the Church, including but not limited to the security or integrity of the the Church website
and
(j) to identify and resolve technical problems concerning the Church's website and services.

The Church may use personal information in an aggregate form (i.e., not individually attributable to you) for its operational analysis and other promotional purposes.

If we hire other companies to provide us with services on our behalf, then we will only provide those companies the personal information they need for the Identified Purposes, and we will limit their rights to use and further disclose your personal information as appropriate in the course of their work for us.
