Annual 'Holiday at Home'
|
An extremely popular two day event with lectures, demonstrations,
and workshops which runs in August each year using both the Church and the
Parish Centre. A brochure is available, with booking form, from June. You
have to be quick to book your place!

Cell
Groups
|
Cell
groups meet together regularly for worship, prayer, bible-study,
teaching, fun, socials, laughter and much more! Details

Craft Club

Fun Committee
|
The fun committee organises a series
of exciting social events for members of the church, their families
and friends. These events have included visits to Prom Praise, the
Church Christmas pantomime and the "All Day Breakfast" which
raises money for cancer research.

'Meet and Eat' Lunch Club
|
Meet to eat and enjoy chatting to others on the first Wednesday of
each month and again on the third Wednesday to listen to an interesting
speaker. All meetings in the Parish Centre on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays
of the month at 12.30pm. There are no meetings in August
|

Rambling Club
|
The Rambling club organises events
ranging from 4 mile afternoon rambles to enjoyable all day walks.
Walks take place throughout the year. The ramblers normally hold a
weekend away in late spring/early summer.

Something for Men!
|
Each Wednesday
morning at 10·45 am there is an opportunity to meet in a small group for
informal friendship and chat, with Bible reading in members' homes.
St Peter's
also has the New Men's Group catering for men of all ages, with a programme
through the year of breakfasts, evening socials and outings with the aim
of encouraging men to live their Christian life in a tough world.

Sports Clubs

St
Peter's has active Cricket and Football clubs. New members are
always most welcome.
|
|
Women's Fellowship
|
Meetings are in the Parish Centre, usually on the last Wednesday
of each month at 2·30 pm with a varied programme of talks, entertainment,
outings and an annual service of Holy Communion. Last Wednesday each
month 2.30pm Parish Centre. No meeting in August
|
