Le dîner

"Rendez - vous" the French speaking circle made up mainly of member's from the St Peter's congregation held a Soirée fantastic at the Rectory on 13th June 2003.  As well as having a good time the evening was to support France Mission and the Barkers a missionary family in Senegal.

There was a strong French theme - French was spoken by some  with franglais and English also heard!! 

The evening started in a gallic fashion with games of boules around the garden.  There were also games guessing French personalities and places to test our memories.

Then came "le dîner" cheese & wine de la France, Cakes and Gauffres (small waffles).

Everyone enjoyed themselves and regrettably it was soon time to say "au  revoir".   Further info via the Parish Office
