11 am Classical Worship Service

CLASSICAL - A ‘formal’ service with choir led praise and an all age children’s group. Like the 8·00 am service it is especially popular with those who prefer the ethos of a traditional service.

Our 11am Sunday worship service is based on choir-led worship with organ accompaniment traditional (and some modern) hymns. Holy Communion is held on the first and third Sunday of each month as well as Sundays at Christmas and Easter. Once a month there is a 1662 service of morning prayer with sung responses.

Those that wish to attend the service with their children start together in church and later enoy some quiet time when children go off to 'Explorers@11' in the Parish Centre.

During the year the 11am service is home to some of our special services, such as Remembrance Sunday and our Holiday at Home Reunion services.
